How can I track my order?
We send an automatic trackingcode to all our customers, as soon as the package has been send out. This will either be send through our carrier, or we will send it out directly. If you haven’t received this mail, please check your spam. If you haven’t received any e-mail from us regarding your order at all, please first check if your order was successful. If your order was successful and you haven’t received any e-mail at all, please contact us at shop@barongfamily.com. When contacting us, please add your name, address and date of order. Do I have to pay for VAT or Import taxes?
Yes. Depending on your country, the tax amount will vary. In most cases, these taxes will be included in your total at checkout. However if this is not the case, you may receive a notification from your country to pay the taxes after your package has been shipped. Packages will be held by the country of import until the tax payment is fulfilled by the customer. We are not responsible for the package if it is discarded due to unfulfillment of these payments.
